The critical identifier is the stamped model number on the operator housing, usually on a metal tag near the motor capacitor. For bracket work, we also need the gate material, weight, and hinge geometry, since DoorKing’s factory arms come in standard lengths but San Mateo properties often need custom extensions to clear grade changes or oblique post angles.
